5. Not having proper posture
This is again very dangerous hazard. People tend to do this wrongly. Not jogging properly can cause a number of problems including ankle pain and joints pain in the long run. To run properly always focus on the front of your feet. You should not focus much on your heels. Make your toes work.
6. Forgetting to breathe
Novice runners often forget to breathe when they start running. This also does something to reduce their endurance. They may find themselves panting and unable to go on after a while. Always take deep breaths while running. Remember to breathe in deeply when you are getting tired. Continue doing this. You will see you can endure much better.
