6. Vitamin E

We get a very high content of Vitamin E in coconut oils which are why they are considered good for our hair. even if you don’t like oil, you can consume coconut as a fruit, because all the edible parts of coconut are very rich in Vitamin E. A hot massage with oil promotes blood flow to your scalp which in turn helps to boost the blood flow there. The same effect will be seen if you just eat Vitamin E rich foods. Sunflower seeds, apart from the coconut, are a great source of vitamin E. Almonds, Hazelnuts and Wheat germ are some of the other foods that are rich in Vitamin E.
