This is the simplest of all exercises and can be done anytime at home. Lie on your back and raise your legs up towards the sky. Now bend your knees and bring your heels towards you as shown in the picture below.
Repeat this a few times daily to notice difference in your butt and thighs.
As the name suggests, this exercise is like aping the scissors movement. Lie down on your back and raise your legs halfway up. Now move alternate legs up and down just like the scissors without letting your feet touch the ground.
This is quite an effective way to tone your thighs and strengthen your calves.
