3. Oatmeal face pack
Not only is Oatmeal good for your tummy, it is also good for your skin. Making an oatmeal face pack can help lighten your skin by a few shades for sure. Doing it repeatedly you will see more lasting effects. Mix 2 teaspoons of oat and 2 teaspoons of yoghurt and batter them together. Now slowly massage this batter with your fingertips on your face and neck. Make sure to work in circular movements.
